All apartments are newly built, with new furniture and new equipment. Apartments are furnished with new mini kitchens; they have satellite TVs, modern bathrooms, outdoor showers, grill use. Parking place is provided in the back yard. Each apartment is air-conditioned (both cooling and heating possible).
